What's Covered
Our warranty covers internal engine components that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, including: crankshaft, camshaft, and connecting rods; pistons and piston rings; cylinder block and cylinder head; main bearings and rod bearings; oil pump and timing components.
What's Not Covered
Damage caused by improper installation; failure to replace oil, coolant, or filters at time of installation; overheating due to external cooling system failure; modifications or alterations to the engine; normal wear items (belts, hoses, gaskets, seals); damage caused by accidents, floods, or misuse.
Warranty Registration & Claims
Registration must be completed within 30 days of delivery. Email warranty@18.233.159.140 with: your order invoice number, installation date, name of the installing shop, and vehicle information (Make, Model, Year, VIN).
To file a claim: contact warranty@18.233.159.140 with your registration number, diagnostic report from a certified mechanic, and photos or video of the defect. Our team reviews claims within 5–7 business days. Approved claims receive replacement parts shipped at no charge.
Installation Requirement
To maintain warranty validity, the engine must be installed by a certified mechanic or licensed repair facility. Proof of professional installation may be required when filing a claim.
⚠️ Video documentation of the defect is strongly recommended and may be required for claim approval.
